Introduction: Abalo Tehoungue, originally from Totota, Bong County, Liberia, embarked on a journey marked by resilience and determination. At age 12, he moved with his family to Monrovia in pursuit of greater educational and professional opportunities amidst Liberia 14-year civil unrest. Despite the challenges of hardship and fear, Abalo persevered,
completing his undergraduate degree and gaining valuable experience with both local and international companies, including Earthcons, Inc. and SNC Lavalin Inc. In 2011, Abalo relocated to Canada through a global internship program with AIESEC, where he lived and worked in Saskatoon for three years. Upon returning to Liberia, he dedicated two years to humanitarian work before transitioning to entrepreneurship, founding a general contracting company serving both the private and
public sectors. In 2018, Abalo moved to the United States with his family and obtained a graduate degree in Management, with a concentration in Project Management, from Colorado Technical University. As a regent seminarian, he upholds the egalitarian principle that all people are equal, irrespective of race, social, or religious status.
Abalo is a passionate activist, aspiring politician, and minister of the Gospel of the Kingdom, committed to his faith in Jesus Christ. He is also an entrepreneur, leader, devoted father, and husband.
